Grid type Page size Cell size: 10 mm Line width: 0.30 mm Line opacity: 0.60 Line color Include vertical lines Margin: 10 mm

Before printing, open More settings in the print dialog and:

Set Margins to None
Uncheck Headers and footers (this is the only way to hide the URL, title, and date — no website can disable it for you)
Set Scale to Default (100%) so the cell sizes stay accurate
